Een pati\u00ebnt die het volste vertrouwen heeft in zijn of haar behandeling, zal vaak beter genezen. Door (chronisch zieke) pati\u00ebnten de nodige medische zorgen toe te dienen in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving, win je vertrouwen en schep je gemakkelijker een band.<\/p>

Bij Pluspunt werken we met kleine, vaste teams om jouw taak als arts of specialist aan te vullen en te ondersteunen met gerichte nazorg en verpleging bij pati\u00ebnten thuis, \u00e9n, indien gewenst, zelfs in je artsenpraktijk.<\/p>
